How do I unsubscribe ?

Go to the Login page, enter your userid and password, and click on 'Update password/email/payment detailes; Unsubscribe'.
You will see the 'Update Account Info' page. Enter again your password and click on 'Unsubscribe'.
Your subscription will expire on the next monthly payment date.
If you mistakenly hit the 'Unsubscribe' button, please email ASAP info@stock-comparator.com and request to cancel the unsubscribe request. If your unsubscribe request has been already processed (usually within 24 hours), We will notify you and you will have to subscribe again under a different user name.
Alternatively, you can email to info@stock-comparator.com and request to unsubscribe, but you must provide your userid and password in the email.

How do I change credit card details ?

You have the following options:

Do nothing. You will receive a notice informing you that your credit card is failing to bill. Once you receive this notification, a link will be included. Click on the link to update your credit card information.
Go to the Login page, enter your userid and password, and click on 'Update password/email/payment detailes; Unsubscribe'.
You will see the 'Update Account Info' page. Note the Order number and click on '.... Customer Service'.
You will see a secure page. First, you'll have to enter the order number and zip code, or some identifying credit card and zip code details. Then you will see a page that enables you to enter a message with the new payment details.

What is the email address used for ?

When you subscribe, you enter your email address twice: on a stock-comparator.com page, and on the payment info page.
The 2 email addresses must be identical. It is used for approving the transaction. Please use your company, organization or internet service provider email address rather than a free email address (e.g Hotmail, Yahoo!), because the free email address may prevent transaction approval.
The email address is also used for order confirmation and also for notifying you monthly that your credit card has been charged.
Your email address and all other subscription details will remain confidential.
